This Epilepsy Life

Sat, 04/01/2017 - 22:30
Hello. My life changed so much August 27th 2014. I was in a car wreck, drunk driver hit my car in the side tore drivers door off my car and I was ejected and almost died. Almost everyday since I wish I had. Suffered a TBI in the accident and later developed epilepsy.I come from a small southern family most of which have abandoned me. You would think your family would stick by you no matter what, my family act like I'm an alien and don't belong here. I live alone now and everyday is a struggle. Most days I wish I was dead. I have tonic-clonic seizures, mostly while walking with countless injuries. I'm one of the lucky 40% of people that medication does not completely stop my seizures. Since Jan 1St I have had 47 seizures and been in the hospital 7 times. I struggle to pay for my medication and sometimes have to resort to hitch hiking to get to the drug store. There have been quite a few times I think "Just step in the road in front this truck and it will all be over" but I don't want the people in the truck to be hurt. So I muttle on threw this epilepsy life. I miss my family why have they abandoned me to suffer alone, but I think they will have to answer for that when they meet their maker. So I struggle thru this epilepsy life wishing for death and clinging to life.
