Yes!!  I have temporal lobe epilepsy, and sometimes that's what my seizures are like -- a wave of intense emotion.  It feels at first like a panic attack, but it's usually triggered by something in my environment - flashing lights, for example -- while the emotions feel completely displaced from the environment (complete fear when I'm watching a comic movie, for example), and it really feels like a wave that just washes over me.  Then that intense emotion is followed by an intense emotion of a different kind -- like extreme fear followed by extreme anxiety to extreme laughter.  So I'll go from crying to laughing.  It's really strange.

My fiance does. Just the other night she got more angry at me than she has been in years (she was just stressed, I did something or said something dumb) She yelled, got angry, had seizure. It has happened multiple time since she started having them. in 1.5 years, probably a dozen. You are not alone.
