I was laying in bed last night and my mind was running al over the place. Then I heard like a "zap" and saw a bright flash of light. Lasted a second, my body didn't twitch nor did I feel the spark like travel through my body. I've had this before, maybe a few times a year. I've read it's either something like hyponotic jerk or some say a partial seizure. I have no insurance at the moment so I was wondering if anyone has experienced this as epilepsy and if I should see a doctor.
