outbreak due to side effects

Mon, 08/03/2015 - 13:05

My boyfriend/ father of my child needs help. He has epilepsy and it's been getting worse. he has tried over 5 different medications in the past year and everything seems to be making it worse. Well they tried Keppra, which was causing some bad side effects. He went to his neurologist to help him get off that medication. She let him know how to.

about 1 week later he he had a moment of psycosis (which I believe was caused by the side effects of the medication he was on) He tried to kill himself and locked his self in the house with a knife. I told the police officers that he was having an epileptic moment. they proceeded to taze him, and then they took turns punching him in the face. He now has 2 felanoy charges against him that shouldn't be! he was NOT HIMSELF, that was NOT RJ. He has a 2 year old son. He doesn't need to go to prison over this. the cops are the ones who took advantage of him while he was down.

We need legal advise and help. please a court appointed lawyer is not going to be enough. they took precautions ALL wrong. RJ is the most calm, laid back sweet person ever until he has a seizure. please help I'm so scared for him right now
