For the last 12 months or less I've been having dizzy sensations that span no longer than a minute but they all come in clusters but with no follow on other than tiredness, the doctors tried diagnosing me with vertigo but the medication didn't work, they then started me on b12 injections that haven't done anything... I seem to have no common trigger to my spells they just give me the sensation of a 'passing out' motion then go.. has anyone else experienced this as a few people have said to me it could be epileptic activity within my brain

The dizziness/vertigo have

The dizziness/vertigo have been symptoms of my complex partial seizures since I was 14. Though it is not commonly listed as a side effect of these types of seizures, your neurologist will tell you that's not true. I have temporal lobe epilepsy, with seizures occurring up to 2p times a day, lasting about 1 minute or so each. I would request an eeg and balance test to see if your issues are being caused by seizure activity or one of the varieties of vertigo disorders.
