Chat Room "Blocked" ???
Tue, 08/05/2008 - 19:29No, I'm not a new member, and yes, I've contributed financially. However, for the past several months there seems to have been no way that I am permitted to participate in the Chat Room. And I'd been enjoying doing so for over two years. It seems to take me 90% of the way, only to tell me on screen that I haven't made it. And I am officially signed up, have a user name and code. But still no Chat Room. Now just what might I be doing wrong? Do let me know. Thanks!

George - NYC - Thanks, Kathy, but I must be trying to update my Java incorrectly. Is it possible for you to send me a "1-2-3" process to do so? I'll get halfway there, and the Java symbol seems to disappear on me. I'd appreciate your help!

my best guess would be to go to java.com and click the download button..from there it takes you to another page that will lead you step by step..first checking what version you have and it will tell you what to do from there. good luck!
