Blacking out in a dream, waking up shaking... seizure?

I've only had one Gran Mal in my sleep and that turned into status. This one was weird I remember the dream than I blackout fall to the floor blacking out like when you have a seizure. I wake up not convulsing but shaking. It happened at around 4 a.m. I asked my parents if they heard anything since they were up, apparently my cat was yelling.
Usually I just have simple partials.
