Need advice - does it sound like I'm having seizures?

This is the third occurrence of this phenomenon that I can't describe as anything other than a simple partial seizure. The first occurred about 8 months ago, the second two months ago, and the third yesterday. Yesterday's occurrence began with me feeling very fatigued and foggy. I laid down to take a nap and felt I slipped into a weird unconscious-like state, almost as if I was in a deep sleep. I was still aware of what was happening though, and I think I was hearing things that weren't there. With my eyes closed, my vision was whitish pink. My right wrist starting shaking uncontrollably, which then spread to my head and right leg, with pins and needles in my left leg and arm. I tried opening my eyes and couldn't really focus on the wall infront of me- it looked incredibly strange. I wanted to get up but I couldn't move. I tried my best to stop shaking but it didn't work. I think that was all- but it's very foggy to remember. Finally, the shaking stopped and I sat up and got this extremely loud siren- like sensation in my head with a headache. My ears started to ring. I laid back down and think I just passed out. I woke up about three hours later, still very fatigued. Does this sound like what I'm self-diagnosing it as? Also, don't know if it's related, but I have noticed that the second time this happened that it occurred on the day I got my period. I know I'm also suppose to get my period again today or tomorrow- is it something related to menstrual cycles? I know I should see a doctor, but I don't want to if it's not serious.
