Why do the seizures happen out of nowhere? besides the basic triggers, why else?

Uh, you need to do some online homework. Look to the left of where you're reading this message and you should see a vertical menu, with some of the headings being 'All about Epilepsy & Seizures', 'Diagnosis', 'Treatment', 'Seizure Preparedness', 'Living with Epilepsy', and so on. Point and click on those heading and you'll be able to locate a whole lot of information, including answers to question you have no idea of asking.
Knowledge is power, but you are the one who needs to do the reading in order to decrease the amount of fear you have concerning seizures and epilepsy.
