Ingredients
- 100 grams (1 cup) sugar snap peas
- 20 grams (3 T.) scallions, white and green parts
- 22 (1 T. + 1 tsp) grams olive oil
- 4 grams (1 tsp) sesame oil
- 5 grams (1 tsp) cider vinegar
- 4 grams (1 tsp) soy sauce
- 4 grams (2 tsp) sesame seeds
- 0.2 grams (1 pinch ) garlic powder
- optional: red chili flakes
Directions
- Slice the snap peas and scallions thinly on a diagonal.
- Combine the sliced vegetables with the remaining ingredients and toss to combine. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let the flavors combine.
