Ingredients

  • 100 grams (1 cup) sugar snap peas
  • 20 grams  (3 T.) scallions, white and green parts
  • 22 (1 T. + 1 tsp)  grams olive oil
  • 4 grams (1 tsp)  sesame oil
  • 5 grams (1 tsp) cider vinegar
  • 4 grams (1 tsp) soy sauce
  • 4 grams (2 tsp) sesame seeds
  • 0.2 grams (1 pinch ) garlic powder
  • optional: red chili flakes

Directions

  1. Slice the snap peas and scallions thinly on a diagonal.
  2. Combine the sliced vegetables with the remaining ingredients and toss to combine. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let the flavors combine. 
  3. Serve with a protein of your choice, such as chicken, shrimp, or fish, to make a complete meal.
