Ingredients
- 50 grams (about 1/4 cup) Hass avocado, diced small
- 36 grams (about 1/8 cup) Claussen Kosher Dill Pickle, diced finely
- 5 grams (about 1/3 tablespoon) avocado oil
- Optional: salt, red pepper flakes, extra pickle juice
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
- Add a teaspoon at a time of pickle juice to completely coat the avocado.
- Slightly mash some of the avocado pieces to thicken the consistency.
- Serve immediately.
