First time Pregnant w/ Epilepsy

This year I was diagnosed with epilepsy in April which has been very hard. I have been on 4 different medications and have finally been ok until the past 3 weeks. I'm on 200mg of Lamictal and 200mg of Topamax which has worked for me. I found out I was 2 months pregnant because I had kept having auras and felt weird. I just thought I was late because I had been having inconsist cycles due to my medications. Recently this week I have had 5 auras which cause pain to move from the front of my brain to my neck and shoulders and then to my back. Afterwards I get migraines and can't think straight for a while and have a hard time talking. I don't know if any of you ladies have had any of these problems. I don't know what to do at this point as I really can't do much as far as medicines because most didn't work for me.
