Catamenial seizures--getting worse?

Tue, 02/11/2020 - 12:47
I've had epilepsy for more than 20 years--simple partial, pretty controlled w meds. In the past 2 years, I've started having more seizures around my period, no matter the meds. And now they're getting worse; still simple partial but more lipsmacking, and afterwards, I'm exhausted. Anyone else dealing with this?

I just recently realized that I dont have seizures when I have my period. Before and after, sure, but not during. I also have simple seizures as well. Are you finding the same pattern?
