Aptiom side effects on period

Fri, 10/06/2017 - 10:15
I know it is a relatively new medication on the market, but hoping someone besides myself is taking it. I have been having more intense cramps since being on it. They are bad enough to where I get dizzy, feel like I am going to pass out, and sweat profusely. It lasts for almost an hour or so and then I am fine. I am 32 years old. I am wondering if any of you ladies have experienced this?

I just started aptiom 3 days

I just started aptiom 3 days ago and I don’t really have cycles anymore since I have a nexplanon implant for hormone therapy. I was having seizures 4 days before my period so my dr put me on hormone therapy to balance out the progesterone. So far I haven’t had any side effects from the aptiom.... knock on wood!!!!!

It’s almoat identical to one

It’s almoat identical to one already on the market so it should act similarly if you search more about it. I just can’t remember the name of the other med it’s like. Sorry. Also, I took it for a week, maybe, but it seemed to make mine worse (about 30mins to an hour after I’d take it, I’d have one, but I’d be fine all day. Really weird.) I have read some of the side effects listed on some of these meds include worse cramps/menstrual cycle.

Thank you for your help.
