my son 16 need help

I have a son who will be 16 soon, and he want his own car. What kinds of insurance policies are there for minors and how is does it work? he does not want to do anything, so you have to solve all the issues for him ... Thank you.

He needs to learn how to do things. If he has had a seizure in th last 6 months then he may not get a license. Or if he had a license it may be revokes. States have laws to protect the people. If a person has a seizure then the state requires that person to go a certain period of time without one before they can drive or drive again/ The neurologists and doctors have to fill out paperwork for such things and the DMV revokes or approves the driving.
