How did the appointment go?  It's normal to be scared and nervous about a procedure that involves brain surgery.  The other way to go is try more medications and go through lots more suffering from seizures then you will be more excited about doing surgery. If your seizures are "refractory" or uncontrolled by medications go for the opportunity of brain surgery.  If your not comfortable with doctor's suggestion get a second opinion.
