I don't know if I had a seizure or if I partially passed out

Okay so a few minutes ago I had gotten out of the shower and I was drying myself and sat down on my toilet to just feel the breeze through the window I.
But when I stood up I immediatley had distorted vision (like when you press your eyes and you see these strange colours) and I grabbed my door for balance but that's all I consciously remember.
However when I "woke up" for lack of a better phrase I remember tapping my feet almost like I was convulsing and I "woke up" sitting on my toilet previous to whatever happened my head became warm like my blood was flowing in overdrive.
This is the first and only time this has happened I haven't experienced shaking or bad balance and for that matter any after effects at all and I can now remember exactly what happened.
Any insight as to what might have happened would be great just take your time in in no hurry.

I have never had anything like that it sounds like it may be a cross between the two ? But not sure maybe go to a doctor best of luck- Allison
