Thinking about reoperation: temporal lobectomy. Help!

Has anyone here become 100% seizure free after a second operation after a temporal lobectomy? I think my auras are complex partial seizures again now. It's hard for me to tell because there is never anyone around. I really want to get re-evaluated for surgery. So...anybody have a successful second operation?

Temporal lobectomys are a bitch,I opted for laser Ablation instead of another lobectomy,had my right Amygdala and right  Hippocampus burned out and I've never felt better.Surgery was very precise and accurate,they went in there just once and got everything they wanted to get.Its very safe,if it's an Alternative for you I'd say look into it
