JUSTICE FOR PEOPLE WITH EPILEPSY in NEW JERSEY

Long story short, I had the worst SEIZURE in my life at school last week. I was in the classroom sitting with my classmates as I start to feel the aura coming up (seizure) and I black out after a couple seconds into it (first time this ever happened). Usually I would just stay still and keep quiet because i can't speak during these seizures. That's how I control my episodes. Unfortunately, this time I blacked out, started walking around the classroom, touching people's bags, and telling the teacher "i don't feel good" (don't remember that). Once I gain conscious back, I'm in the hallway with 4 police officers asking me questions, and arresting me for finding paraphernalia and .5 grams of weed in a personal container inside my book bag. I'm about to graduate college and I need help to fight this case. Luckily my Neurologist cares for me, and agreed to refer me to a registered doctor so I can acquire my medical marijuana card. So I successfully finished the first step in getting my medical marijuana card, which puts me in the process, and soon I will get that card, considering the fact that I been taking other prescribed medicine for my epilepsy yet I still get seizures (over a decade of failure). Any opinion or advice would be appreciated on how I could fight this case. I'm just an innocent college student trying to get rid of these seizures and live a normal life.
