IT'S 2017 and we need MORE research into Cannabis???

I've known it was something all my life but my mild form of epilepsy didn't get really checked out until I was in my 30's and the seizures began to express themselves in migraines. Of course, my doctors blamed it on depression and told me their myriad of depression medicines would fix me. The finally got around to doing an EEG (I was about 40) and saw clusters of seizures. More drugs. I tried every anti-seizure drug offered but one - and no, I'm not going to try it. I tried cannabis and I've had two migraines since. A subsequent, ambulatory EEG showed absolutely no seizures. I had my first visible seizure on Friday, while suffering from a high fever, flu. I skipped all intake for three days, so no cannabis or anything. I use it because it works and I'm tired of waiting around for a bunch of Big Pharma Shills to get with it. But..."We really need more research to find out what's helping or what's hurting; whether people should opt for this over some other options that they may have," from Jacquline French, Chief Scientific Officer, in 2017!!!! is really, super insulting. Your arrogance only heightens my disgust for someone who has spent their entire career being completely useless - FOR MONEY. This organization is nothing more than a big Epilepsy Moneysuck "Authority". I have zero faith in you or your proclamations when you sit on people for years, sucking the life out of them, or any chance of having a life - pettily asking for more money. You expect us to wait for what? You're never going to do anything with regards to cannabis because it gets in the way of Big Pharma's profits and that's who you worship. Real people don't stand a chance with monsters like you. And yeah... I'm a little bitter. Way to sell out humanity.
