I don't know what to do.

I had my first seizure when I was 13 in the school library. I lost all consciousness and was taken to the emergency room. Since elementary school amd so on though when I was around computers my eyes would flutter violently and my hand would start twitching to the point where I was hitting the desk no matter how much I tried to stop. Sometimes just walking or riding my bike my vision would go completely black but my body was still moving normally. So I went to see a neurologist and he did an MRI and EEG and he said everything was normal and that it's partial and gave me lamictal. Then I moved to Texas and got a new neurologist. He did an EEG and said the zame thing. Then junior year I got what he said were partial seizures cause I was awake during them and then told me that it's probably my body and stress then sent me to a therapist and gave me 600mg of lamictal. But I told him that I was also having seizures like when I was 13 and he would just look at me like I was making it up orjust not listening. I told him that I blacked out and smacked my head on a car then hit my head on the concrete (I only know that because my friend was next to me when I had it), I had one in a car thankfully, and during dinner while I was eating. But he said it's partial. Then I went to visit California and had a seizure and hit my head on a boulder at an aquarium. Then I turned 18 and got pregnant. I had two seizures one time fell on my stomache (I fell on the bed though and my daughter is very healthy) had a baby at 19, had a new neurologist, I told him about the past. He said it sounded like partial also. I had maybe 1 or 2 partial but then I got more of those bad seizures. I hit my head on the bird cage, on the bed and my brain is fuzzy on the other ones. Then I had to change neurologists again due to insurance he says it's partial then a few weeks later I had another one, then I was lucky again I got to go a few months without a seizure; but my vision would get blurry a lot, the second I woke up my head was spinning sometimes it would be so bad I couldn't walk, I would get slurred speech (which still happens a lot especially the eyesight), I had to miss work quite a bit mostly because my family would force me to. Then the day after Christmas I had another seizure in the kitchen or living room. Then two months later I had a partial and now recently I had a bad one and hit my head on the bathtub and then the corner of the wall until finally the floor and had a bump on my head amd bruises on my rib and arm. Oh and ever since I got my second doctor I'll get 2 seizure in the same day. They all tell me they don't know what's wrong and I feel like they think I'm lying about it. I'm not taking Keppra but I'm taking another medicine, I believe it starts with a Z but I forgot. I've noticed my memory has gotten worse, but maybe that's probably nothing. It most likely is epilepsy but I just don't understand why getting worse. I don't kmow what to do or what's going on. I need help

Epilepsy is not partial. But

Epilepsy is not partial. But there are partial seizures. There are several different partial seizures. They start in one area but generalize and can cover your entire brain. Which would be like your bad ones that you fall in. Talk to your neurologist about the seizures happening the same day since the seizures may be clustering. Ask questions about your meds and if they need to be adjusted any. Take your meds as directed which means if 2 times a day those times need to be close to 12 hours apart

You and you’re doctors are

You and you’re doctors are both right. People with focal, or partial seizures, don’t often lose conscious, but it does happen even though it’s rare. On its face it looks like you need a different epilepsy specialist, because you could have a rare case. In any sense, you need different epilepsy meds if this is still going on. I have both complex partial, and on rare occasions, grand mal seizures. So it’s possible to have more than one type, but not common. Hope that helps. -A lifelong epileptic in the medical field.
