I don't know what to do!?.

Hey! I am 16 years old and i've started having seizures when i was 11, maybe 12. At first, i didn't think it was something important; they were just little spasms and sometimes forgetting what i was talking about, but 2 years later it became serious with longer spasms and irrational sentences, sometimes struggling by myself, and it happened in front of my family for the first time. In that moment they were about 4-5 minutes. The serious seizures started while i had some trust issues and problems fitting in. And after a while i started seeing a therapist but he said there's nothing wrong about trying to fit in and having problems about it and he forwarded me to neurolology department of a hospital. I had a really long epilepsy test and a few other oral and neurological tests. But the result was saying that i don't have epilepsy but some parts of my test results were higher or lower than the average. I was a little bit relaxed but still confused that the seizures were still continuing to happen. After another year the seizures became longer(6-7 min.) and i did not remember how or neighter what was happening during the seizures and i was hardenning to go back to normal after a seizure. Than my parents took me to a bioenergist. We went to his office and i lay down on a sofa and instead of me he told me the thing he sensed and he put his hand onto my head, closed his eyes wanted me to close mine and he stayed silent for over 10-15 minutes. And he finished and said it is going to end. But it didn't! It's been 1 and a half year, seizures shorten a few months ago but it still keeps happening. I don't know IS IT A CURSE OR A GIFT but even if the doctor said it isn't epilepsy the most of the symptoms match with my seizures. Please help i do't know what to do!???

Find another doctor.  I've

Find another doctor.  I've discovered over the years that finding the right doctor is very hit-or-miss.  My current neurologist is awesome.  The one I had before him responded to my voicing concerns over medicine's side effects by telling me that "it wasn't that big a deal, and there's only a few drugs out there and they all have the same side effects anyway".  If you don't like your doctor, or think he's not fully grasping what's going on, then go find another doctor.

Remain strong Damla. There is

Remain strong Damla. There is still hope. Finding another doctor would be a good first step. Also, I would suggest changing your perspective. Become an observer of your actions and habits. What do you see? Is your lifestyle comprised of healthy nutrition, activity, habits, and relationships? I was diagnosed with TLE at age 17. It was a long journey involving four neurologists, two brain surgeries, and countless medicine combinations. I'm now age 45, seizure free and off all medicine. But it wasn't the surgery that cured me. It was actually taking ownership of my lifestyle habits that sparked my transformation into a much healthier person. You can read more here...https://www.g3corepower.com/my-storyHope this inspires you to take action. Good luck!
