Teeth

So I have this question to everyone. My daughter had a dentist appointment checkup this morning for her cleaning and the roads were awful by us. Well they did her cleaning and then the dentist looked at her teeth and after everything was done they came out and asked me if she had fallen down anywhere and I said no not that I have noticed recently. Then they said because we noticed that she has two not one, but two chipped teeth. They are both on the right side of her mouth. One is on top and one is on the bottom. If she didn’t fall down could this be from liquid meds or her grinding her teeth. Someone said that it could be from a seizure or low vitamin d. She drinks whole milk witch has vitamin d. So right now I’m at a loss. The dentist didn’t talk to me about it so I don’t know what his thoughts are on it if she didn’t fall what else could cause it. Thanks for any thoughts on this. I do appreciate it.

The best person to consult at this point is her pediatrician, not the internet.
