idiopathic localization related epilepsy

what doe this actually mean,mt grand daughter has been diagnose with this she had several febrile seizures before age 5 and now shes 7 and a month ago she had a seizure eeg confirmed misfireing as they put it mri was normal so was ct scan i am scared .need advice she was put on triptal.
