Ginkgo Biloba, can it increase risks of seizures?

I've heard and read alot saying that ginkgo biloba can actually increase the risk of seizures, my daughter also has adhd and i was hoping to try this, I plan to discuss it with my doctor but I'm curious if this is a well known fact

All of her doctors need to know all the meds she takes including her over the counter medications. each one has a list of side effects. I wanted to take a pill that would help me quit smoking. Doc wouldn't let me take it because a side effect might cause seizures in a seizure prone person.
