EEG please help

Can someone help me to understand these EEGs better.
My 23 m/o is left hemi due to a stroke. Here are her last two EEG reports:

NOV 05
Early in the record and throughout the right central and centrotemporal spike and wave and slow and sharp wave discharges are intermittently at variable frequency.
Moderately abnormal EEG because of very frequent right centrotemporal epileptiform discharges seen throughout the tracing with clinical accompaniment.
March 06
Throughout the tracing and potentiated sleep, frequent spike are seen in the right centroparietal region. These are best seen in leads c4 and p4. Additional, slowing is best seen in the same region at leads p4, p8 and c4.
This EEG is abnormal due to right central slowing and spikes.
What do you think? What do I need to be worried about? What do I need to do?
Do I need to worry about the dreadful LKS or LGS????

Well I cannot read them but I asked the doctor what the spikes mean. She told me that when they have a seizure when they are awake, the lines go crazy but when you are alseep they are crazy too because your brain is relaxed and out of control. Sorry that is all I know about EEGs!
