3 year old on Keppra - What time of day to take B6?

Fri, 02/09/2018 - 20:20
Hello, I'm new here. My 3 year old has experienced 2 seizures in the last 3 months and has just started Keppra. The doc advised we could try B6 to see if it helps with his energy/mood, but he told us to give it to him in the evening. What time do you all give out B6, seems morning makes more sense if it's for energy. Also, have you seen any success with this?

I took mine in the evening. I set it that way because my neurologist told me to. I also asked my pharmacy who also said it is better taken at night. It gives more time for it to get to all the different areas of the body.

Thank you.
