Onfi/Clobazam cuttiing assistance program.

Mon, 02/19/2018 - 08:35
I have been on Onfi/Clobazam for nearly 10 years and its one of my 3 medications that does the trick in keeping me nearly sizure free. They just cut the assistance program for 2018. Medicare will not let me enroll in Part D (i never needed it bf bc they didn't cover my meds years ago) bc I am past the enrollment period AND apparently they don't care this is a life maintaining medication. I also make too much to be on medicaid. Clobazam will cost approx 3k/mo. Has ANYONE run into this problem and what are you doing about it? (FYI.. I can get "Frisium" overseas for about $180/mo..but thats risky).
