Gabapentin medicine reaction

Tue, 11/12/2019 - 18:50
Hello, I'm 70 years old and I've had epilepsy since teenage years. I've been able to maintain the seizures with Keppra for over 20 years but recently my neurologist prescribed Gabapention, 300 mg (3 tablets a night) as I was starting to have seizures more frequently in a span of a few months. However, since taking this medicine, I've experienced strange auras (motions going up and down my body) that are painful and also disturb my sleep. Has anyone else experienced these symptoms since taking or switching to this medicine? Thank you all.
