CBDs Questions for 5 year old

Hopefully this is the right section. My son started having rolandic seizures last year and had one every 2 months almost exactly. We started giving him CBDs and noticed they were half as intense right after. This morning he just had one (had one two weeks ago tho) but this time, he woke up, asked to use the restroom (already wet his underwear), was out of it but responding some, then he went into a seizure. Does this sound like maybe he's getting better? I'm hoping someone here can share if they have a similar experience. Thanks.

The ‘was out of it but responding some’ sounds like he was already having a seizure.. and then the seizure spread. Some seizures present as being out of it and sometimes one is out of it after a seizure so maybe he had a few that day). Are you working on a treatment plan with the neurologist? Please let your doc know seizures are more frequent (which doesn’t sound anything like getting better but talk to the doc about how it’s going, do mention other drugs you give him like cbd as that can impact other treatment, there are known drug interactions with cbd and some epilepsy meds).
