I don't know about

I don't know about "misdiagnosis" but, I've definitely experienced the depression and suicidal thoughts. They came when I was a teen after doctors told me a brain operation would "cure me" and then it failed to. Once seizures came back, it was like all my dreams went down the drain and lord knows, I wanted to die. But, went to therapy for about 6 months and got through it. I now have adapted a pessimistic view to my condition but, the suicidal thoughts are gone.

Depression, anxiety and

Depression, anxiety and suicidal since the age of 13 when I was diagnosed with epilepsy. Mostly due to the fact that in the 1980's we still didn't talk about siezures, we still didn't talk about mental health. Most of all I was different from everyone and every second of the day I was having mini siezures that were uncontrolled until i was in my late 20's.
