state laws and driving

The fire department rescue unit brought me to the hospital twice.  They must automatically report such incidents to the state.  The state of NH automatically penalizes everyone $100.00 plus I must appera in court before my driving privieldges can reinstated.......plus I have to bring documentation from my doctor after a year.  Right now I have to what an year.

In any case....... epilepsy or diabetes or anything that could affect driving, the hospital MUST report such cases. I had a seizure awhile ago, and the hospital i went to told me they are reporting me to the state.
