state laws and driving
Sun, 11/21/2004 - 17:33The fire department rescue unit brought me to the hospital twice. They must automatically report such incidents to the state. The state of NH automatically penalizes everyone $100.00 plus I must appera in court before my driving privieldges can reinstated.......plus I have to bring documentation from my doctor after a year. Right now I have to what an year.

In any case....... epilepsy or diabetes or anything that could affect driving, the hospital MUST report such cases. I had a seizure awhile ago, and the hospital i went to told me they are reporting me to the state.
