Hey Alex.  So, welcome to the club.  Not really a club you want to be a member of, but rest assured you are not alone.  I have endured the "monster" for years and still lived a satisfying and successful life.  For reference, I take Lamictal (600mg/day).  I'm not sure what your experience is, but I have grand mal seizures about 2-3/month.  Almost all nocturnal and hopefully in bed.  Convulsions and shouting are often part of the event.  It is not uncommon to wake up on the floor.  Wounds are occasional.  Damage to the furniture is not uncommon (what the heck I guess it is OK for there to be something humorous in all this).  My experiences both before and after the seizure are often somewhat bizarre.  Especially recently.  I would be happy to share them in any detail you like.  As you may be aware, those who do not face this challenge do not really get it (through no fault of their own).  So what about you?  What challenges do you face?  Do you experience the seizure "fog"?  I have had some unusual fog experiences of late, some good believe it or not!
