hyper active movements joints cracking

Fri, 12/06/2019 - 07:32
Hello everyone, not sure if someone might have similar or saw similar symptoms and can help me a bit. I am almost 30 yrs old and had epilepsy since childhood but it was always moderate and never had a seizure. Took medications for some years and they told me I am fine. My problem is that I dont feel I am fine because.... My problem has been always about doing some hyper movements and the big need to do some actions such as finger joints cracking, cracking also joint in back of neck, cracking joints in my back by twisting my upper part of body relative to lower part so spine cracks and makes this sound...and so on. I keep doing these actions even if they sometimes hurt me with pain. I even started doing them to lessens the pain sometimes. I can control them totally so If I am with someone or in street, job, I can totally not do it but the need is still there. The whole situation get less tense in winter with cold temperature and some times if I am not wearing any socks/shoes so my feet touches cold ground directly, also after playing some sports as if it is less when getting exhausted and no energy to use. The situation get more tense in summer and whenever I shave my head-hair or beard .it is weird by it always happens as if hair protects me a bit; as I was advised since childhood not to use computer and screens which I cant do... Does anyone knows something about this ? hyper movements ? what to do ? similar stories ? Thank you
