Epilepsy and Depression

Thu, 04/09/2020 - 00:53
I have been having grand-mal seizures for about 15 years now. Recently I have been suffering from depression and have been seeking treatment from a licensed councillor. Three days ago I had a grand-man seizure. While things were rough leading up to the seizure, something changed after. I still feel miserable and depressed, but now I can't put words to it. I feel confused, angry and generally just off. I can't explain it, I somehow feel less than (even more than I was feeling pre-seizure) everything feels off and more confusing. I don't know.... I just don't know. I am taking Keppra which can be a depressant, but I have been on it for over 4 years now. I just want to feel more like me. Any advice.
