learn about what types of seizures you have and talk to your neurologist about what approaches you can try to get control (meds are most common, low carb diets work for some people, and there might be other possible approaches for your situation). sometimes a resection might be appropriate even if there are no lesions on imaging but that’s really a discussion for you and your doc because there just isn’t enough info in the original post to say much.
