Unsure if epileptic HELP??

Hi I’m a 21 year old male and I have been dealing with bad anxiety, stress and depression since I was 16. I had my first seizure which was a tonic clonic when I was 18 but it was drug induced after using too much ecstasy, I haven’t used it again but me being stupid I just thought it was ecstasy that was the cause. I used cocaine and alcohol nearly every weekend for about a year after the seizure and didn’t have any problems then over a year later I had one off of cocaine, these carried on after couple more times so I realised how serious all this was and I’ve stopped everything now. But since I’ve stopped I’m having these Attacks and they are completely different there on and off and after them I can’t sleep it’s like I’m in a state of anxiety which is completely different to the other seizures I had. my GP thinks it could be pseudo seizures. I’ve been getting told I have epilepsy but I’ve read a lot online about how AEDs will only make it worse. I have had seizures in the past but only drug induced And ever since I’ve stopped the drugs I’m having these attacks that are completely different and even my family sometimes can’t tell or think I’m faking it. I don’t want to take the AEDs and see if I can just fix these pseudo seizures I just want to know if anyone thinks that’s a good idea or that I could be right in what I’m saying? And if there is any recommended meds to take. Also I have been to see a psychiatrist who definitely thinks I have ptsd and conversion disorder which could make sense to why I have been having these? Thanks
