I think i'm epileptic but im not sure.

Im 18 years old and just finished my first semester in college. My dad has epilepsy, so does his brother, and i think either his dad or mom had it too. Around the end of my first semester of 12th grade i'd have attacks where out of nowhere I'd get very very dizzy and have a strong sense of deja vu and almost pass out for a few seconds. I told my parents and I went to a neurologist where I got a CAT scan of my brain and 2 EEGs, one that lasted like 10 to 30 minutes where I wasnt supposed to sleep the night before and a 24 hour one. They found nothing in the 10 to 30 minute one but in the 24 hour one they found tiny hints of seizures in my sleep, but apparently they weren't big enough to qualify as seizures or they just couldn't do anything about them? Im not exactly sure. Other than that they found nothing and told be to go to a phycologist, which we didn't do. I've been fine since then but recently ive been getting dizzy again and just today ive been having a hard time breathing and feeling some thing in a way i cant really describe. The best i can describe it as was for an hour i felt like i was in a restless dream and or asleep and i was having a hard time breathing and also felt like i was going to die, so i drove home. I started feeling as if I was going to throw up, but i wasnt sick to my stomach if that makes sense. I thought maybe i was having a panic attack or a meltdown (im autistic) so i turned out the lights and lied in bed to calm down but it wasnt helping. My face and hands got very hot and suddenly I started dry retching and doing the type of convulsions you do when you throw up along with not being able to breathe at all. Tears just started pouring and i couldn't control what I was doing. That stopped about 30 minutes ago and my hands are back to being cold and i feel a little more normal but a bit confused. The whole experience was really scary. I dont want to go back to the neurologist because that cost a lot of money that my parents didn't have and i dont want the tests to come up normal again. Sorry for the super long confusing post Im a little out of it.
