Help Figuring out my EEG Results

So I recently went to the hospital because I had a seizure. I had/have Sydenhams Chorea, take seizure medicine for the past 15years. They kept me overnight for observation and the next day I had an EEG. I had a seizure as soon as they turned that light on(which haunts me). And yet they said my EEG came back normal even though I was flopping around on the bed like a fish out of water. If anyone can decipher these results and let me know what I means in laments terms, it would be very much appreciated. Because when the doctor, not the neurologist, came back to see me, he said the EEG came back normal and I could go home and then walked out. Even though I had a second seizure 30minutes after the EEG because when I had a hard time walking to the bathroom, they thought it would be a good idea to send in a physical therapist and try to make lift my legs, my arms, and try to walk when my brain was still trying to reboot and go back to normal functions. "PRESENT COMPLAINT: History of seizures and she is currently on Lamictal. PROCEDURE: Background activity consists of low voltage 8-10 cycle per second potentials seen in the posterior regions, responsive to eye opening and eye closure. There is a moderate amount of faster activity noted in the anterior location. During the recording, no ground potentials were seen. During sleep, 4-6 cycle per second potentials were noted. Upon hyperventilation, no paroxysmal activity was seen. During photic stimulation, arrhythmic slow wave activity was seen in the left parietal occipital region at a frequency of 1 per second, which looks artifactual. EKG and significant EMG artifacts were seen. Electrode artifact was seen at T5 electrode. IMPRESSION: Unremarkable electroencephalogram (EEG) without any paroxysmal activity"
