Help diagnosing this please

Can you please help me diagnose this? My 6 year old daughter started having seizures about 3 weeks ago. She turns her head all the way to the left and then rolls her eyes to the upper left and blinks non stop for about 20 second and after that goes back to normal. Then immodestly starts continuing to do what she was doing before. She can talk during during the seizures. Sometimes she does spin 2-3 times around herself as if she is catching up her head that is turning to the left - she says her neck hurts. She does not know when it starts. She is having one every other day, sometime one every day, then there is a break for 2-3 days, then it comes back. We also noticed she is unusually pale, has darker circles under her eyes now. We also noticed that she is unusually fussy during the day, literally can’t sit still. She can’t seem to relax when she goes to bed she and always tosses and turns trying to fall asleep restlessly. She also became very emotional as she is trying to go to bed and often cries before falling asleep. She also has unusual appetite now. Sometime she says she is really hungry and will ask for food as if she has not eaten for awhile. Other than these symptoms she is a normal kid. Appt with neuro on Nov 15. My question is what can you see in these symptoms? Any possible hint for what?

keep a log of episodes with

keep a log of episodes with relevant info (time, duration, type of incident, etc). bring that to the appt. continue keeping the log after starting medication.take videos on your phone so you can easily show examples during the appt.have they scheduled any testing in advance, EEG, MRI, etc...? see if some of that can be done. as some of the seizures you describe are focal, they will most likely schedule an MRI soon but more likely after talking to you. most MRIs are unremarkable but sometimes they find an explanation in the imaging.at the appt find out how one best communicates with your doc’s office, when one should call, who to contact during business hours and and who to call in an emergency. assuming meds are discussed, ask about common side effects, what would be a concerning side effect to call them right away. ask about how medications are started stopped or switched so it isn’t a surprise. usually meds are increased over time so a lot of increases can be discussed over a phone call with a nurse, one should not wait for appts to report continuing seizures.
