Help!!!

I am 22 years old, a month ago I was a perfectly healthy individual. But now I’m having symptoms such as seizures, passing out and a high resting heart rate of 100-110, I went through a sleep study and they said it’s not epilepsy but they said I am having seizures,I get an aura and I’ll get sick to my stomach before I have one and I’ll get really tired feeling beforehand too. I was hospitalized for a week because I was having 3-4 seizures a day or even 5-6, each time I would have one my eyes would start to flutter or roll back into my head and I would either not be able to move or I would have full grand mal, I have no real trigger for these other than 9 times out of 10 it’s because my heart rate went above 120, they ruled out anxiety due to my constantly high resting heart rate and no other signs of it. So they tried putting me on a beta blocker for my heart, it’s helped a lot and I don’t have grand malls, and it’s lowered my resting heart rate but I still drop down and have the eye rolling if I do too much physical activity or anything like that, I can’t even go in the store because the trip will wear me out and cause me to have one. It’s terrible to live this way. Please if anyone has had any similar symptoms or been diagnosed please give me any idea! I want to go back to my normal active life! Also my mri, eeg and even a cat scan came back normal, my mom honestly thinks it’s my Iud wreaking all this havoc on my body!
