Anyone have any ideas?

Before I get into this, I already know what i'm about to explain is extraordinarily odd and weird, but it is what it is. About a year and a half ago, December 2016, I started getting these "episodes." I'm completely conscious during my episodes and they dont directly effect my motor abilities, these episodes only happen on the left side of my body (my arm and leg). During my episodes I get the most intense pain in my left extremities, the more painful in the more sensitive areas (my hand/fingers, knee, bottom of foot) the pain is just a raw pain (not tingling or electricity or anything specific, just a raw pain). They first started out with me having them every 30 minutes, it was torture, but after a while I was put on Gabapentin which helped for a week, but after a week they came back...but only at night. I've been dealing with different medications, EEG's, neurologists, tests, and never getting a fullnights sleep. I'm on zonisamide now, it helps make my episodes less intense but does not take them away. The doctors are completely confused as to what is happening, all my scans are good (even blood work). I'm currently having an overnight EEG done so maybe this time they'll find something. Anyone heard of anything like this?

I’m not sure if our situation

I’m not sure if our situation are exactly the same but they seem a lot alike. About 9 months ago, I began having these seizure-like episodes, which consist of eye twitching and convulsions of mostly the left side of my body, but sometimes the right side of my body may convulse. Before every episode, I get an extremely bad headache too. When the episodes first began I had a VEEG done and they found abnormalities but since I am conscious during the episodes, they wanted to do it again and on the next one, it was normal. I was then diagnosed with pseudo seizures and conversion disorder but I have no history of anxiety and they told me to see a psychologist. My psychologist believes that the diagnosis was wrong and that the episodes have to do with the headaches. I went to see another neurologist and she diagnosed me with chronic migraines and prescribed me topamax and I went from having 20 episodes a day to 3 episodes every other day. Do you have headaches before your seizures?
