Mon, 02/27/2006 - 02:03
After sitting here for 2 hours (it's now 2am) I am at my wits end. I want to sleep, I need to sleep (I have to work in the morning), but am I the least bit tired??? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. I know a lot of you suffer from this as well - have you found anything that works?? Praying for the Sandman to come, Christine

Hi Christine, Sleep difficulties are not uncommon in people who also have epilepsy. Here are links to some information you might find helpful. www.epilepsy.com/epilepsy/sleep_epilepsy.html www.epilepsy.com/epilepsy/sleep_disorders.html www.epilepsy.com/epilepsy/sleep_types_disorder.html www.iris-publishing.com/sleep.html www.sleepfoundation.org Also, you might consider going to a sleep clinic for an evaluation (www.sleepfoundation.org/sleepcenters/index.php). The sandman alluded me all night - the last time I looked at the clock was 4:36am. My alarm went off at 7:05! I'm awake but a grump! Call me Grumpamoose with a capital G !!!!!!!!!! (Don't know where that term came from but that's what mom always called me when I was grumpy/grouchy!) Hubby wants me to take Tylenol PM tonight, but I don't want to - - - possible "baby on board" so I don't want to chance it. Christine
