Support for Bereaved

If you have lost a loved one to epilepsy, the SUDEP Institute is here to support you.

Our services for families include:

  • Accurate information regarding SUDEP and other causes epilepsy related deaths.
  • Individual or family support through a bereavement support specialist who is also a mother who lost her daughter to SUDEP.
  • Connection with additional services, including referrals to assist with traversing the death investigation process.
  • Access and assistance in enrolling and participating in SUDEP related research opportunities.
