Hi, Thank you for posting, this must have been very confusing and scary for you to experience. Seizures can take on many different forms and affect different people in different ways. Some commonly reported symptoms before and after a seizure include, funny or strange feelings and fear/panic, impending doom (intense feeling that something bad is going to happen). To learn more about seizures and auras, please visit: https://www.epilepsy.com/learn/about-epilepsy-basics/what-happens-during-seizure  It’s important that you’re able to recognize that this feels different from symptoms and seizures you’ve experienced previously. It’s also important that you’re discussing this further with your healthcare team and if you experience any changes in seizure types/frequency, side effects, symptoms, moods or behaviors. Documenting this episode in detail, (like you’ve done in your post), will be very helpful to review with your healthcare team. My Seizure Diary: https://www.epilepsy.com/living-epilepsy/epilepsy-foundation-my-seizure-diaryis a great tool for tracking & identifying seizures, setting reminders, managing medications & side effects, recording medical history, moods, behaviors, triggers, and other personal experiences, that may affect seizures and wellness, which can be shared with your healthcare team. Sometimes it's helpful to connect with other people who live with epilepsy, to ask questions, share experiences, find & give support to each other. Contact your local Epilepsy Foundation at: https://www.epilepsy.com/affiliates  to find support groups, events, and programs in your community. Or contact our Epilepsy and Seizures 24/7 Helpline: epilepsy.com/helplinewhere trained information specialists are available to answer your questions, offer help, hope, support, guidance, and access to national and local resources. 1-800-332-1000, contactus@efa.org.

Were you around anyone else? I had a lot of auras but never knew about the seizures that occured after. You could've had a seizure and not have known it.
