What is the best and healthiest daily activity schedule?

Tue, 08/06/2019 - 03:37
I usually find myself going bed late and waking up late and wasting my time without any healthy income, I've decided to start going to gym and I eventually did start training for 2 hours with my friends but they stopped so I was left alone with no experience on how should a guy that has 0 muscles spend his time. Anyway I am now committed to organize my life in this summer and I wanted to schedule my daily routine to wake up at 6am, have a coffee, ( do something until 8am) then go to gym around 8, I want also to study from time to time and enjoy a gaming session because I'm a gamer for heart. Then sleep not reeeeeally early but at a time where waking up at 6 won't be a problem Anyway I'm seeking for suggestions on how to schedule my routine because I want to do the most for this summer and a side request of telling me what to do in gym everyday for 2hrs a day. Thanks in advance!
