Unprovoked Seizure?

Fri, 11/01/2019 - 13:35
I have break through seizures and I've gone 9 months without a seizure. However, within the past few days I've been feeling like I'm falling real fast (scary sensation). The only thing I can think of that had done differently is drinking a little too much coffee and I went on a sugar binge a week or so ago. I immediately reduced the coffee and laid off sugar, but that sensation keeps coming back. Is it possible to have a non provoked seizure? How do I stop it?!
