Always wondered if i was having seizures…

Sat, 04/18/2020 - 08:29
Im 44 now and for the last few years when i stretch -usually after waking so thankfully still laying down, often during or after yawning i drop into a fully conscious seizure-like thing where i can see, hear and feel but have no motor control, shake/spasm violently like a fish out of water with tingly warm feeling all over including my tongue which also feels larger. Slightly dizzy afterwards. Also constantly told nothing wrong and can get no further medical investigation as it doesn't happen randomly. Very scary and frustrating. Before i'd also get a kind of tunnel vision with the 'wawawa' effect or black out. Had that since 12 and no abnormal EEGs either or mri or ct scans. I used to get severe migraines, sometimes so bad h looked more like a stroke patient with loss of motor control, sometimes suddenly and sometimes i could tell it was coming. I have had severe insomnia since childhood and often wake up suddenly just before dropping into sleep. The past 2 years though i've been incredibly tired but blood and hormone tests came back normal and so 'i must be fine. No problems.' So i cannot get further investigation. And now im in japan and at socialized healthcare's mercy and doctors who have little actual care for my concerns. I have to fight to get anything here.
