Can anybody who has had a neurology appointment in the uk through the NHS tell me what happens in your first neurology appointment? Will any tests or examinations take place? Do they have to book you in again for a EEG or can they do it there? Thank you

I was mainly asked lots of questions... what seizures were like (describing auras/physical symptoms), how regular and how many I'd had, if I had identified any triggers like lack of sleep. Asking about if I drove. Asking about family history of epilepsy, and finding out about my other health issues (diabetes in my case). I think i had to wait about 1 month until a separate EEG appointment and then a separate MRI appointment. Hope it goes well
