Poem

Fri, 07/06/2018 - 08:41
Hi everyone. This is one of the poems from my collection of poems about my daughter who died at the age of 25 from SUDEP. She was 7 months pregnant so we lost them both. Another Minute Don’t go in yet. Don’t open the door. Let life be normal for a few moments more. Don’t go in yet. I beg you, don’t go. I don’t want to see; I don’t want to know. Don’t go in yet. One more minute won’t matter. Once you’ve opened the door my heart’s going to shatter. Don’t go in yet. Please, wait another minute. I just want to keep a life with the two of them in it. My book ic called Through Plate Glass and is available on Amazon. x
